Position - Manager Business Development Roads & Highways
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving and supporting Business Development activities for the Roads & Highways Service Line including identifying new opportunities managing the BD pipeline client coordination and supporting bids and proposals.
Responsible for driving and supporting Business Development activities for the Roads & Highways Service Line including identifying new opportunities managing the BD pipeline client coordination and supporting bids and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track new business opportunities in Roads & Highways.
- Manage BD pipeline tenders EOIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal and tender submissions.
- Support client engagement meetings and relationship management.
- Conduct market research and track upcoming infrastructure projects.
- Prepare presentations capability statements and BD reports.
- Support the Service Line Lead in achieving business development targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- 812 years of relevant experience in Business Development Tendering or Proposal Management preferably in Roads & Highways / Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy.
- Strong communication coordination and presentation skills.
