Job Summary:

The role involves gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications for development teams. It requires close collaboration with stakeholders to identify effective solutions improve business processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The individual will act as a bridge between business and technical teams manage stakeholder expectations and support change management initiatives. Additionally the role includes overseeing project execution end-to-end ensuring timely delivery managing risks and coordinating cross-functional teams while leveraging knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Elicit analyse and document business requirements in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements for development teams.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams to identify solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings to capture requirements and validate solutions.

3. Process Analysis & Improvement

• Understand design and propose process flows for business operations.
• Suggest business process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve customer experience.

4. Impact Assessment & Change Management

• Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems processes and stakeholders.
• Manage change effectively by preparing business users for transitions and ensuring smooth adoption.

5. Technical Understanding

• Be conversant with SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
• Understand development terminology and technical jargon to communicate effectively with IT teams.

6. User & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Manage expectations resolve conflicts and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

7. Project Management

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects using detailed project plans including planning execution monitoring and closure.
• Track deliverables manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams manage dependencies assess impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7 years of experienceas a Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering documentation (BRDs/FRDs) and stakeholder management.
• Prior Airlines experience preferred.

Good to Have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping gap analysis and driving business process improvements.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and manage end-to-end project deliverables.

Educational Qualifications:

Any Graduate / DBM or equivalent discipline. Prior Airlines experience preferred.
