Manager Admin

We are looking for an experienced and dynamicManager Administration & Facilities to lead workplace operations facility management employee services security transport vendor governance compliance and infrastructure management across our facilities. The role will be responsible for creating a safe compliant efficient and employee-centric workplace environment while driving operational excellence and cost optimization.

• Manage end-to-end Facility & Administration operations.
• Oversee Hard FM & Soft FM services including HVAC Electrical DG UPS Fire & Life Safety Systems Housekeeping Security Transport Cafeteria and Pest Control.
• Drive workplace experience employee engagement initiatives and service excellence.
• Manage security operations access control CCTV monitoring visitor management and risk mitigation.
• Lead employee transportation operations and vendor governance.
• Manage budgets CAPEX/OPEX planning procurement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead workplace expansion office fit-outs renovations and relocation projects.
• Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Develop business continuity and crisis management plans.
• Lead mentor and develop Administration & Facilities teams.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Management Commerce Administration or related discipline.
• 512 years of experience in Administration Facilities Management Corporate Services or Workplace Operations.
• Minimum 35 years of people management experience.
• Strong exposure to Facility Operations Security Transport Vendor Management Compliance Budgeting and Project Management.
• Experience managing large corporate facilities and multiple service vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management leadership negotiation and problem-solving skills.
