Role: Finance & Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) vendor payments and customer collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports profitability analysis and management reports.
• Monitor working capital requirements and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with management on budgeting forecasting and financial planning.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
• Manage TDS deductions payments and return filings.
• Coordinate statutory audits tax audits and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act Income Tax GST and other applicable regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors consultants bankers and government authorities.

Financial Control

• Monitor receivables and improve collection efficiency.
• Implement internal financial controls and process improvements.
• Verify and approve invoices expense claims and vendor payments.
• Maintain fixed asset records and statutory registers.
• Support management with financial insights for business decisions.

Payroll & Administration Support

• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with PF ESIC Professional Tax and other applicable labor regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors Degree in Commerce () Finance or Accounting.
CA Inter CMA MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Finance Taxation and Compliance.
Experience in Logistics Freight Forwarding Transportation Shipping or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax Financial Reporting and Compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire finance function.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
