Job Summary
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with universities colleges and educational institutions across relevant markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with university leadership academic departments faculty members and key decision-makers.
Initiate negotiate and coordinate MoUs and partnership agreements to support course distribution programme delivery and other academic collaborations.
Explore opportunities to introduce Blue Ocean Corporations training programmes professional certifications and industry-relevant courses through university networks.
Develop partnership proposals collaboration models and academic distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with internal academic sales marketing legal and operations teams to finalise and implement partnership agreements.
Identify opportunities for joint certification programmes executive education professional development courses workshops and other collaborative initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospect identification and negotiations to agreement execution implementation and relationship management.
Monitor partnership performance course enrolments revenue opportunities and other agreed KPIs.
Conduct regular meetings with partner institutions to review progress identify new opportunities and strengthen long-term collaboration.
Research the higher education landscape market trends and potential institutional partners to support business expansion.
Maintain an updated database of academic partners MoUs partnership activities and performance reports.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education Higher Education Management Marketing or a related field. A masters degree will be an advantage.
Proven experience in academic partnerships university relations institutional business development or strategic partnership management.
Experience developing collaborations with universities colleges or other educational institutions.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate partnership agreements coordinate MoUs and develop commercial or academic collaboration models.
Understanding of course distribution professional certifications executive education or corporate training programmes will be an advantage.
Strong networking negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that support enrolment growth and revenue generation.
Good organisational project management and reporting skills.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Proven experience in operations management preferably within a corporate training education consulting or professional services environment. Strong skills in project coordination process improvement resource planning and team management. Excellent organisational analytical communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with training management systems LMS platforms CRM systems or ERP tools will be an advantage. Strong stakeholder management and client service skills.
