Management Trainee

To support this mission we are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Financial Compliance team as a Management Trainee in Pune. This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational expertise in compliance statutory reporting and regulatory frameworks within a global organization.

Accountabilities:

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and statutory requirements
• Help monitor internal controls and flag potential compliance risks
• Conduct research on evolving regulatory standards and summarize implications for the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance-related projects and process improvements

Qualifications :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Awareness of global financial compliance frameworks (IFRS SOX regulations)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Familiarity with internal controls frameworks (e.g. SOX COSO)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced global environment
