Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Management Trainee to support our LGT Team in data management and CRM operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in working with databases CRM systems and business information management while gaining hands-on corporate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain NCO and website lead records.
- Perform CRM data transfer data entry and data validation activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of records in internal systems.
- Support the LGT Team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Monitor data quality and maintain consistency across databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking lead information when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel MS Office and computer applications.
- Prior exposure to CRM platforms or data entry work will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Must be available to commit to the full 6-month training period.
