Key Responsibilities Mainframe Modernization & AI Integration:
- Provide deep technical expertise in mainframe systems and lead large-scale AI-assisted modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance intelligent agent capabilities for automated business rule extraction code analysis and transformation of legacy mainframe applications.
- Support end-to-end modernization lifecycle including discovery assessment AI-driven code conversion validation and production cutover.
- Analyze and identify complex edge cases legacy data formats job scheduling dependencies and embedded business logic specific to mainframe environments.
- Ensure accurate translation and transformation of mainframe logic into modern platforms while maintaining business integrity data consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define migration strategies reconciliation frameworks and target-state architectures for modernized mainframe workloads.
