Job Title: Senior / Lead Business Analyst Cards & Payments - Mainframe
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories process flows and functional specifications.
Conduct requirement workshops and solution design discussions.
Perform impact assessments for regulatory product and system changes.
Act as a liaison between business technology and testing teams.
Support end-to-end project delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Facilitate UAT production deployments and post-implementation support.
Drive requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder communications.
Support multi-country and large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Experience working with global banks or payment networks.
Knowledge of Visa Mastercard or other card scheme processes.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification preferred.
