Willware Technologies is looking for an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer with 8-10 years of relevant experience in IBM/MVS Assembler and JCL. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing enhancing and supporting complex Mainframe applications preferably within the Banking / Retail Banking / Line of Credit domain.

• Must-Have: MVS/IBM Assembler JCL

• Good-to-Have: COBOL DB2 PL/I MQ Series

• ISPF ISPW

• Mainframe application development

• HLD LLD and Data Flow Diagrams

• Application analysis design and troubleshooting

• SDLC

• Technical leadership and mentoring

• Design and develop IBM Mainframe Assembler-based applications.

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Prepare HLD LLD and data flow diagrams.

• Develop debug and maintain Assembler programs and JCL.

• Perform impact analysis troubleshooting and production support.

• Work across all phases of the SDLC.

• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and business stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to team members.

• Participate in design reviews technical discussions and stakeholder meetings.

Banking Retail Banking Line of Credit

The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of Mainframe experience with strong hands-on IBM/MVS Assembler experience solid JCL knowledge good analytical and design skills and preferably banking-domain experience.
