Are you an experienced Flexographic Printing Machine Operator looking to build your career with an innovative and environmentally conscious organization

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate 6-Colour Flexographic Printing Machines for printing on biodegradable and compostable films ensuring exceptional print quality accurate colour registration and minimal wastage.

Operate 6-Colour Flexographic Printing Machines including machine setup plate mounting ink preparation and production

Ensure accurate print registration colour consistency sharpness and overall print quality

Prepare and manage inks including viscosity control and basic colour matching

Monitor and resolve printing defects such as misregistration smudging uneven ink distribution and print quality issues

Maintain anilox rollers printing plates and ensure machine cleanliness for optimum performance

Coordinate with the Extrusion and Cutting & Sealing teams to ensure smooth production flow

Record production data and ensure compliance with SOPs and workplace safety standards

General Course ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Plastics Polymer Engineering or a related field

CIPET-certified candidates will be given preference

35 years of hands-on experience operating Flexographic Printing Machines

Good understanding of inks printing plates colour matching and the flexographic printing process

Experience working with biodegradable or compostable packaging materials is an added advantage

Previous experience in biodegradable or compostable packaging manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
