Market Access & Custom Analytics (MACA) is Intuitives healthcare analytics and strategic consulting function partnering with hospital leaders to solve complex strategic questions using clinical operational financial and market data. Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate to join the India MACA team. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who can structure ambiguous healthcare problems work with complex datasets and collaborate effectively with internal & external stakeholders to translate analysis into practical insights that support hospital strategy access growth and performance improvement
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Insight Generation: Lead analytics workstreams for MACA engagements with hospitals translating clinical operational financial and market data into clear executive insights
- Structured Problem Solving: Define problem statements build business cases and identify opportunities to improve growth access productivity and value
- Data Intelligence: Integrate data from multiple sources to create compelling diagnostics narratives and recommendations that support planning and performance
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal commercial enabling clinical marketing and leadership teams as well as external hospital stakeholders to align priorities shape analytics questions and translate insights into practical engagement plans
- Outcome Translation: Convert analysis into measurable outcomes by defining practical actions impact metrics and follow-through mechanisms for stakeholders
- Asset Creation: Develop scalable analytics assets repeatable methodologies and digital tools that strengthen MACAs customer-facing consulting work in collaboration with Commercial & Enabling functions
- AI & Innovation: Apply emerging analytics and AI-enabled approaches to improve speed quality and scalability of insight generation
Desired :
Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in healthcare analytics data science business intelligence consulting analytics or a related field
- Experience working with healthcare hospital payer provider or life sciences data
Technical Skill Set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one analytics platform or language such as Python R Power BI or SQL
- Experience extracting data building analytical workflows and visualizing insights using tools such as Snowflake and Tableau preferred

Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Statistics Data Science Economics Public Health Healthcare Management Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline required
- MBA or Masters degree preferred
