Location: Bangalore

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Lustre Storage Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise storage administration DDN/Cray storage SAN/NAS replication and performance management.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

45 years hands-on DDN/Cray Storage administration

Enterprise Storage operations & troubleshooting

Lustre Storage environment

DDN/Cray replication DR & backup

Storage provisioning capacity & performance management

SAN FC iSCSI & zoning

CIFS/NFS troubleshooting

Linux / VMware / Windows / UNIX

TCP/IP VLAN & networking fundamentals

Storage virtualization thin provisioning & deduplication

Storage upgrades firmware & OS upgrades

Clustering & High Availability

Log analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and troubleshoot DDN/Cray enterprise storage environments

Support Lustre storage operations and performance optimization

Handle SAN/NAS FC and iSCSI connectivity issues

Manage replication backup recovery and DR activities

Perform storage provisioning reclamation and capacity planning

Troubleshoot NFS/CIFS performance and connectivity issues

Execute firmware/OS upgrades and configuration changes

Monitor storage health capacity and performance

Provide remote technical support to customers

Prepare RCA reports and technical documentation

Work in a 247 support environment including weekends/shifts
