Logistics Excellence and Governance Lead

Freight Cost Analytics & Optimization - Develop robust freight cost models including per/KM cost analysis across lanes modes & key cost drivers and implement initiatives to reduce freight costs and improve variance analysis vendor benchmarking and route optimization commercial and procurement teams with cost insights for negotiations.

Freight Governance & Compliance - Establish and drive freight governance frameworks across adherence to defined transportation policies rate cards and contractual and control freight spend with structured governance transparency accountability and standardization in logistics operations.

SOP Development & Process Standardization - Create implement and optimse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics SOP adherence across countries and logistics practices to drive consistency efficiency and regular process audits and identify areas for improvement.

Multi-Country Logistics Operations - Analyze and support logistics operations across multiple countries/ with regional teams to streamline transportation networks and optimization of cross-border logistics with respect to cost timelines and service levels.

Efficiency & Continuous Improvement - Drive process improvement initiatives focused on route optimization load utilization and turnaround automation opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce manual cross-functional projects to improve supply chain performance.

Data Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards using Excel Power BI Tableau or similar actionable insights through deep-dive analysis of logistics and transportation data accuracy availability and reporting automation.

Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement Finance and Regional Teams to drive logistics decision-making through data-backed recommendations and clear leadership with insights on cost trends and efficiency opportunities.
