CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience: 2–5 yrs exp in production line supervision/process operations with FMCG/Food/Spices exposure equipment handling quality throughput & shopfloor documentation
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Line In Charge to handle end-to-end production line operations and ensure smooth efficient and quality-driven manufacturing output in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned production lines such as grinding blending sorting seed processing etc.
* Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per Line Throughput Standards (LTS)
* Monitor process parameters and take immediate corrective actions for deviations
* Ensure strict adherence to GMP hygiene housekeeping & food safety standards
* Coordinate with Shift In-Charge Quality Maintenance & Stores for smooth operations
* Supervise and allocate manpower efficiently across production shifts
* Maintain accurate production logs shift reports & operational records
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
* Ensure minimal downtime and quick response to production disruptions
