Skills and Competencies
36 years of experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in the technology stack.
Hands-on experience building WinForms web applications APIs and enterprise services using C# .NET MVC Web APIs and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of C# .NET 8 Framework 4.8 with solid object-oriented design and architectural principles.
Experience modernising and optimising legacy applications including performance tuning and refactoring.
Knowledge of relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases preferred.
Experience with AWS Docker Linux environments and DevOps tools such as GitHub Jenkins Jira Confluence and Postman.
Exposure to Python and VBA for automation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor or Claude.
Education
Bachelors Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Responsibilities
Design build and support scalable software solutions for asset and structured finance products in a global technology environment.
Develop test debug and maintain high-quality software applications using C# technologies.
Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Support deployments upgrades and production issues to ensure application stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects and provide ongoing technical support.
Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
