Skills and Competencies

• 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Quality Engineering Data Validation Release Management or Testing within data analytics reporting or enterprise data environments
• Proven ability to design implement and govern enterprise-wide testing frameworks quality standards and governance processes
• Strong expertise in software testing methodologies including functional regression system integration user acceptance end-to-end smoke and sanity testing
• Deep understanding of data quality data warehousing ETL/ELT processes dimensional modeling and modern data platforms such as Databricks
• Experience with analytics and reporting technologies including Power BI and related enterprise platforms; knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Statistics Data Science Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience

Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance Testing Data Analytics or Agile methodologies are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment governance and continuous enhancement of an enterprise-wide testing framework supporting data reporting analytics and AI-enabled solutions
• Define and maintain testing standards release readiness criteria governance processes and quality metrics to drive consistent delivery across projects and business-as-usual (BAU) operations
• Provide independent oversight of testing activities ensuring adequate coverage risk mitigation defect resolution and successful production deployments
• Partner with Data Engineering Analytics Product and Business teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly validated and meet business and technical quality expectations
• Drive the adoption and scaling of automated testing capabilities across data pipelines reporting solutions and analytical products to improve efficiency and reliability
• Monitor quality metrics identify risks and process improvement opportunities facilitate root cause analysis and provide leadership with actionable insights on release quality and operational readiness
• Champion a quality-first culture by promoting best practices strengthening governance and continuously evolving testing approaches for modern data platforms and agile delivery models
