We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to lead and manage legal & compliance functions within a dynamic financial services / NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft negotiate and finalize loan agreements and receivables purchase agreements for domestic & export transactions
Provide strategic legal advisory to senior management and the Board
Advise on structured transactions securitization lending financing and investment matters
Support domestic & export factoring and trade transaction structures
Manage legal documentation contracts and commercial agreements
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations NBFC requirements and corporate governance standards
Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and dispute resolution
Develop legal policies SOPs training and compliance frameworks
Support internal audits regulatory filings and risk management initiatives
