• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels-providing advisory guidance on LMS best practices while also executing hands-on system configuration troubleshooting and operational support.
• Experience partnering with business leaders learning teams and technical stakeholders to optimize learning processes and user experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
