Role Definition
Lead the enterprise wide transformation of Service Operations by orchestrating a portfolio of Lean Value Stream Transformation (VST) initiatives that identify and optimise high impact workflows. Partner with Process Owners and respective teams to identify value streams impacting process efficiency and translate them into targeted transformation opportunities.
Own end to end program executionfrom discovery and prioritisation to solution design delivery deployment and stabilisationdriving AI enabled solutions (AI agents automations workflows) in collaboration with automation and AI development teams. Work closely with Process Owners to deploy solutions into live operations and ensure sustained adoption.
Define and establish a repeatable VST deployment template to enable consistent rollout across multiple teams. Scale successful solutions across the organisation by standardising and replicating automation patterns.
Establish governance standards and metrics for Lean operations automation and AI enablement ensuring measurable efficiency gains and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Value Stream Transformation
- Identify and prioritise highimpact value streams in collaboration with Process Owners
- Map endtoend workflows and analyse inefficiencies bottlenecks and rework
- Redesign processes using Lean principles to improve flow efficiency and scalability
- Define standardised repeatable operating models
Program Leadership & Execution
- Own a portfolio of VST initiatives across Service Operations
- Drive execution from discovery design deployment stabilisation
- Establish prioritisation frameworks aligned to business impact and ROI
- Ensure delivery outcomes are measurable and sustainable
Automation & AI Enablement
- Translate process transformation opportunities into automation use cases
- Partner with AI / Automation teams to design and build solutions
- Deploy AI agents workflow automations and selfservice capabilities
- Ensure production readiness reliability and performance
Deployment & Adoption
- Work closely with Process Owners to embed solutions into live operations
- Ensure usability adoption and operational stability
- Drive continuous improvements based on real-world feedback
Scaling & Standardisation
- Define and govern a repeatable VST deployment template
- Standardise and replicate successful transformation patterns across teams
- Enable organisation-wide reuse and consistency
Governance & Metrics
- Define KPIs for process efficiency automation adoption and operational outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks for Lean automation and AI initiatives
