	Develop and execute vendor development strategies aligned with procurement goals. Evaluate vendor capabilities and conduct performance audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and improve vendor service levels. Drive NPD agenda along with design team. Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks. Develop and manage inhouse testing infrastructure along with design and quality functions.
