The Role: Lead UI Developer- React
The Team:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on ReactJS for the frontend and ( for the backend. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the NestJS framework and must have recent hands-on experience in projects utilizing it. Applications that do not demonstrate this specific expertise will NOT be considered.
In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in designing developing and maintaining our web applications ensuring seamless interactions between server-side components and user-facing interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code Development: Design develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code for both frontend and backend systems adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that drive project success.
- User Interface Implementation: Implement and uphold cutting-edge user interfaces using React ensuring an outstanding user experience through innovative design and functionality.
- Server-Side Development: Develop and enhance robust server-side applications using with a strong focus on performance scalability and security.
- Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify the quality and reliability of the code ensuring high standards of software excellence.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proactively debug and resolve issues throughout the entire stack from frontend UI to backend services ensuring minimal disruption to user experience.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Utilize version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/delivery tools to streamline development workflows and maintain code integrity.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends tools and technologies to provide informed recommendations and enhancements that drive innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience complemented by a robust portfolio showcasing impactful ReactJS and projects.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including React JavaScript HTML and CSS with a strong emphasis on responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong knowledge of server-side technologies particularly with a proven track record of building scalable applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of version control systems particularly Git to facilitate collaborative development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is advantageous enhancing the ability to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
