Solution Architect / Consultant Level 40
Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions enabling enterprise work management transformation workflow optimization and platform-driven business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements pain points and operating models
- Architect end-to-end Workfront ecosystem including Fusion integrations data model and workflows
- Define target-state (To-Be) architecture governance and scalable operating model
- Drive integration strategy (APIs automation data flows) across enterprise platforms (AEM CRM ERP etc.)
- Provide technical leadership across implementation teams (config integration QA)
- Establish best practices governance frameworks and design standards
- Support pre-sales solution shaping and proposal development
- Ensure solution aligns with business KPIs (efficiency throughput automation)
Must-Have Skills
- 10 15 years total experience
- 5 years in Workfront / similar platform architecture
- 23 large-scale implementation programs (must-have)
- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront Workfront Fusion architecture
- Experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration design (REST APIs connectors)
- Strong understanding of data modelling system design and enterprise architecture patterns
- Proven experience leading large-scale Workfront implementations
- Stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEM Analytics Campaign Target)
- Exposure to MarTech / Work Management transformation programs
- Experience in multi-region / global delivery models
