Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with strong exposure to IRM SIR VR TPRM BCM
• Strong technical skills in Workflows/Flow Designer APIs integrations UI Builder Workspace
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies/Actions Script Includes ACLs
• Experience in scoped app development automations and integrations
• Proficient in deployments upgrades migrations and platform troubleshooting
• Ability to define epics user stories conduct code reviews and follow ServiceNow best practices
• Strong collaboration documentation and communication skills
• Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and development with deep knowledge of core platform features and secure application operations.
• Expertise in architecture design including data models workflows and access control configurations.
• Skilled in analyzing business requirements creating user stories and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on experience in workflow customization deployment and environment management.
• Ability to provide training support and pre-sales assistance within the ServiceNow domain.
