Job Summary
Through his/her technical/functional expertise their network and their understanding of the business context the RTE Lead guaranties the efficient delivery of the ART mission and the creation of a more flow of value through the ART. Among his/her responsibilities are:
Coach the agile practices
The RTE is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train and:
* Is a key change agent
* Create an environment of mutual influence encourage personal development and support the commitment made by the train
* Listen and support people on problem identification and decision making
* Is responsible for implementing SAFE model best practices by federating & coaching train stakeholders on adopting Agile mindset
* Coach leaders teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
* Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
