Job Summary
| Job Purpose | Oversee KPI design and integration with system development and change management initiatives. Drive strategic monitoring frameworks and early warning systems aligned with organizational performance goals. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | with system development and change management teams to define KPIs for new and existing platforms. monitoring framework evolves with system upgrades and new integrations. design and implementation of early warning signal systems for proactive monitoring. Followed by assessment and establishment of BCP solution for all critical processs tech solutions. monitoring KPIs with organizational performance and availability goals. strategic input on monitoring tools automation and reporting frameworks. system performance insights to senior management on regular basis as part of Control Charts framework and recommend short / long-term improvements |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Operations or related field. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred. Work Experience 8 years of experience in IT operations system monitoring or enterprise architecture. Strong expertise in API management system integration and monitoring frameworks. Proven ability to design KPIs and monitoring strategies at organizational scale. Excellent leadership cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking skills. |
