Roles and Responsibilities

• HVAC HVDC & Special Testing Expertise up to 765 kV and 800 kV voltage range
  High Voltage Test Management: Skilled in handling dielectric impulse and short-circuit testing systems safely.
  Quality & Continuous Improvement: Integrate RCA audit systems and Lean Kaizen to improve reliability.
  Software & Test System Troubleshooting: Independently resolve software and DAQ issues in test equipment reducing downtime and improving customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the testing of transformers up to 765 kV with Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Having more than 10 years of experience & Strong knowledge of IEC IS and customer specifications for HVAC Transformers up to 765 kV

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
