Purpose of the role:
Looking for a candidate to manage and support Maersks Emerging Digital Products including Risk Management Emission Studio and Visibility Studio. The role involves product operations customer onboarding stakeholder coordination KPI monitoring process improvement issue resolution and driving product adoption across regions.
You will be Responsible for:
Managing the operational performance of Maersk Emerging Products (Risk Management Emission Studio and Visibility Studio).
Monitoring KPIs service performance customer requirements and operational product implementation customer onboarding and adoption.
Coordinating with Product Technology Operations Commercial and other stakeholders.
Driving process improvements and automation opportunities.
Resolving operational issues and managing escalations effectively.
Providing performance insights reports and business updates.
Gathering customer feedback and translating it into product enhancements.
Supporting product growth and expansion across customers markets and regions.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction productivity and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelors degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
