Key Responsibility:
Proposal & Project Execution
- Create concepts execution plans to provide robust technical and cost effective solutions specific to the project / customer
- Analyse contract and examine relevant scope and interfaces
- Early identification of risks and implement mitigations
- Participate in budget and execution schedule review
- Estimate cost and concept for proposals
- Deliver quality deliverable and control budget and schedule
- Develop cost effective quality and HSE related concepts and solutions
- Review critical calculations specifications concepts and approve project deliverables
- Manage large size complex project / proposal independently or supervise and manage multiple smaller projects / proposal teams independently
Interface Management & Alignment
- Co-ordinate with other EN disciplines and functions vendors sub-contractors clients PMC and entities
- Co-ordinate and supervise quality of the the team and external partners
- Work with matrix organization ie. reporting to Project/Engineering Managers for project matters and Line Managers for functional matters
Development & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute towards organizational quality training and improvement initiatives and implementation in the projects proposals
- Participate as auditee during internal and external process and technical audits and accountable for closure of audit implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Conduct technical meetings with the department for know-how backflow and lessons learnt
People Management
- Plan manage resources including task assignment to project team members within the project
- Monitor coach and develop team to enhance overall capabilities
Additional Tasks
- Support DH in administrative tasks recruitment learning and development department competency enhancement
Technical/Subject Knowledge:
A suitable candidate with experience of design safety conceptualization oxygen safety competency engineering and commissioning of ASU is expected to leverage his specialized knowledge to lead the ASU projects during conceptual phase engineering phase commissioning and startup activities at sites (as required) in Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
his design process safety knowledge to ensure compliance to safety aspects during basic and detailed engineering phases.
of process safety documents like defining design conditions PSVs/RDs engineering SIS engineering Safety Manuals Oxygen safety compliance Plant Safety engineering etc.
in several design reviews such as P&IDs HAZOP SIL 3D Model reviews.
in FAT/SAT.
inspections (incl. Oxygen service) and vendor document reviews.
vent dispersion calculations in globally recognized software
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
2. Extensive experience in ASU plant design commissioning and operations.
3. Familiar with safe global practices and requirements in the Air separation industry e.g. EIGA BCGA etc.
4. Formal training on Oxygen safety is desirable
3. Leadership capabilities to successful manage the project execution while managing various stakeholders within LEI across Linde Engineering entities Client etc.
4. Willingness to work in team environment.
5. Willingness to work at sites/offices for medium to long term.

Mid- Size Projects of high complexity
2 or more small size projects
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with 15 years or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 20 years of experience
