About The Client:

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 Years
- 3 years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- Strong understanding of automation tools used in ind***ry
- Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs
- Strong requirement elicitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders
- Expertise in preparing comprehensive documentation including BRD FRD user stories use cases and acceptance criteria
- Experience in business process modeling and process flow creation (BPMN workflow diagrams As-Is/To-Be process mapping)
- Experience working with Agile Lean Product Development and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good-to-Have
- Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder adoption
- RPA/Automation certifications (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or equivalent) preferred
