Role: Lead HR

Reporting to: Head Plant HR

Location: Chiplun Maharashtra

Education Qualification: MPM MSW IRPM MBA Optional LLB or LLM

Experience required: 12-16 Years of Experience in IR in Manufacturing Industries.

Technical & Professional Knowledge required:

• ability to understand key HR metrics such as recruitment engagement and retention and employee value and performance

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Human resource planning

Purpose of the role: To Handle all HR & IR activities of respective plants

Key Responsibilities

• Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position.

• Should have experience in handling Labour / internal union Settlement Public Relations Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.

• Experience in handling issues at courts and tribunals with company lawyers and representatives

• Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees

• Dealing with external stakeholders such as Government authorities Leaders etc.

• Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations production schemes/manpower studies.

• Should Understand the Factory Culture Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.

• Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.

• Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS Recruitment Manpower Retention Skilling Employee Engagement etc

• Having a knowledge of VRS
