Job Summary

Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and active Lead Manager to handle incoming leads and manage first-level communication with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in multiple languages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in lead handling customer support telecalling or sales coordination.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to leads quickly and professionally.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming leads and client inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients through calls messages and emails.
  • Qualify and assign leads to the concerned team.
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
  • Ensure smooth first-level customer interaction and support.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls emails social media and referrals. Understand client needs and explain how Zoho products can help automate and improve their business processes. Set up and attend discovery calls or meetings with support from the pre-sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and client interactions using Zoho CRM. Support the preparation of proposals and pricing discussions. Learn about Zoho products and services through internal training and hands- on exposure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance and support from senior team members. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales business development or client servicing (any industry). Individuals with a passion for technology SaaS or business software solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn about Zoho products and how they solve real business problems. Self-motivated proactive and good at building relationships. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Prior exposure to CRM tools or business software. Basic understanding of business operations (sales finance support inventory).
