Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead to drive development and delivery within the Data Strategy & Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software platforms/products using Microsoft technologies and NoSQL solutions (ElasticSearch preferred).
• Analyse business and technical problems and deliver effective solutions independently.
• Participate in full product lifecycle: requirements development deployment and documentation.
• Ensure code quality through reviews testing alignment and best practices.

Leadership & Technical Skills

• Mentor and coach team members; drive code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product QA UX and cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) CI/CD and release management.
• Hands-on experience Core (6) C# Angular (16) HTML CSS JavaScript.
• Experience with Elasticsearch / NoSQL (Logstash Kibana preferred).
• Strong SQL Server skills (queries stored procedures) with exposure to MySQL.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• BE/ or ME/ in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 57 years of hands-on software development experience.
