This is a high-impact role for someone who loves storytelling understands B2B SaaS and can blend thought leadership SEO social media and brand communication into content that people actually want to engage with.
What Youll Do
Thought Leadership & Long-form Content
- Own Exotels long-form content strategy across blogs ebooks reports case studies landing pages and customer stories.
- Build compelling narratives around AI customer experience conversational engagement and enterprise communication.
- Partner with leadership product and marketing teams to create sharp insight-led thought leadership content.
- Drive SEO-led content initiatives to improve organic visibility traffic and inbound pipeline.
- Turn product launches customer insights and industry trends into meaningful stories.
Social Media & Executive Branding
- Manage Exotels social media presence across LinkedIn X YouTube and emerging channels.
- Create engaging content calendars including leadership content event storytelling product narratives and trend-led content.
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams on executive branding and social storytelling.
- Experiment with new content formats including AI-assisted content video snippets carousels and real-time event content.
Brand & PR
- Support brand and PR initiatives including press releases award submissions media opportunities and event communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain consistent messaging and positioning.
- Help strengthen Exotels voice in conversations around AI CX and enterprise communication.
Content Operations & Performance
- Manage editorial calendars and content workflows across teams and contributors.
- Collaborate with design product marketing demand generation and agencies to execute campaigns.
- Track performance across content SEO and social channels and optimise based on engagement and business impact.
- Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve speed creativity and scale.
What Were Looking For
- 58 years of experience in content marketing brand editorial or communications roles in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts.
- Experience managing social media and executive communication for B2B brands.
- Exposure to PR media relations or corporate communications is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern content creation workflows.
- Someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing hands-on.
Bonus Points
- Experience in CX AI cloud communication contact centre or enterprise SaaS categories.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- A portfolio showcasing long-form content campaigns or social storytelling with measurable impact.
