Job Description
Project: SAP S/4 BPV New Project
Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant
Primary Skill: SAP Concur

Location: Offshore Noida
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to support the SAP S/4HANA Business Process Validation (BPV) New Project in an offshore delivery model. The role focuses on SAP Concur configuration validation and testing along with seamless integration with SAP FICO ensuring compliant and accurate travel & expense (T&E) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Concur activities as part of the SAP S/4 BPV program including configuration support and process validation.
- Validate endtoend Concur processes such as Travel Expense and Invoice (if applicable).
- Support and validate integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA FICO including FI postings and reconciliation.
- Participate in SIT UAT and regression testing for Concurrelated scenarios.
- Analyze defects perform rootcause analysis and work with functional and technical teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with SAP FICO integration and technical teams to ensure accurate accounting and posting.
- Validate configuration related to expense types policies approval workflows and posting rules.
- Prepare functional documentation test cases test results and validation evidence.
- Support cutover golive and postgolive stabilization activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 69 years of SAP experience with strong handson expertise in SAP Concur.
- Proven experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of T&E processes expense accounting and compliance controls.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA BPV / testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
- Good knowledge of FI postings reconciliation and integration touchpoints.
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Concur Invoice and thirdparty integrations.
- Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or BPV programs.
- Experience working in global onsiteoffshore delivery models.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or a related field.
- SAP Concur or SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
