Role Overview:

• Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team supporting the InâStore Audits group
• Own endâtoâend delivery of ad hoc and custom BI reports and visualizations
• Ensure high-quality timely insights aligned to specific inâstore conditions
• Set priorities allocate resources and manage delivery commitments
• Partner with stakeholders and Circana clients to translate business needs into BI solutions
• Mentor and develop team members while driving best practices and standards

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the endâtoâend BI delivery function ensuring timely highâquality execution of reports and visualizations across multiple clients and engagements.
• Collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams including Product Management Commercial and Technology to align BI deliverables with broader business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate reporting improve performance and enhance user experience reducing manual effort and turnaround time.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to drive microâlevel improvements across BI delivery
• Work with the team on PySpark SQL visualization standards

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence including leadership of BI teams
• Proven operations delivery experience in data and analytics environments
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Python and PySpark
• Proficient in Tableau and Power BI for developing tabular reports and interactive visualizations
• Experience applying AI and advanced analytics techniques
• Experience of working with Retail CPG data and familiarity with Retail terms such as Display Assortment Features.
• Solid background in data analysis including imputation outlier detection and data quality methods
• Skilled in working with large-scale high-volume datasets
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
