Lead Backend Developer – NodeJSTypeScript with AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable secure and high-performance backend services using and TypeScript
• Build and manage RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for enterprise-grade applications
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and distributed systems
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services (Lambda ECS API Gateway S3 DynamoDB RDS etc.)
• Ensure code quality through unit testing integration testing and code reviews
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using tools like GitHub Actions Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance scalability and reliability
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall engineering excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• 610 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in and TypeScript
• Experience building API-driven and microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including: Compute: Lambda EC2 ECS/EKS S3 DynamoDB RDS Aurora API Gateway SQS SNS
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming event-driven architecture and concurrency
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Strong debugging performance tuning and problem-solving skills
