Lead Architect UIUX Analytics

This role is essential for delivering intuitive data-driven UI/UX by integrating design best practices frontend development and web analytics. It ensures seamless collaboration between Product Engineering and Marketing teams while driving A/B testing heatmaps and behavior tracking for optimized user experiences. The position also focuses on design system consistency accessibility (WCAG) and compliance (GDPR CCPA). Additionally it supports enterprise SaaS growth with AI-driven analytics and cloud-based monitoring ensuring scalable and high-performing digital products.

Common accountabilities:

Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in UI/UX discipline. Understands how UI/UX area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.

Influences decisions related to UI/UX activity anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios contributes to transversal projects proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.

Works independently within plan dictated by manager with some guidance on most complex situations.

Specific accountabilities:

UI/UX Strategy & Frontend Development

Work with Product Management customers to develop a product vision.

Contributes to define the UI Strategy of a product or service by understanding business context product strategy customer values and brand vision.

Influence UI UX the scope and direction of a product or service to generate value and impact on the market.

Oversee UI/UX best practices ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Lead design system development and standardization across products.

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless UI implementation.

Work with React Angular or other modern frontend frameworks.

Optimize UI for performance accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsiveness.

UI Research Activities

Collaborate guide and influence the team and deliveries by giving research directions and advices on the projects

Develop a high visibility with top management marketing and customers

Manage projects with UI/UX external partners ensuring that product/project teams provide the right level of information and relevant testing material to external partners that research methodology applied by external partners is adequate

UX Design Activities

Wireframing & Prototyping Create low/high-fidelity UI mockups.

Visual Design & Styling Define typography colors icons and components.

Interaction & Motion Design Implement microinteractions & animations.

Responsive & Adaptive UI Optimize UI across devices & platforms.

Design Handoff & Implementation Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect execution.

Technical & Leadership Responsibilities

Mentor junior designers and frontend engineers on UI/UX and analytics best practices.

Drive cross-functional collaboration between design analytics and development teams.

Define and implement analytics dashboards and visualization tools.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging UI and analytics technologies.

Web Analytics & Data-Driven UI/UX Optimization

Lead web analytics strategy using tools like Matomo Quantum Metrics and ContentSquare.

Define track and analyze user behavior metrics to improve digital products.

Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Work closely with Product Marketing and Engineering teams to drive data-backed UI/UX decisions.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles design systems and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR CCPA) and compliance in analytics.

Expertise in Analytics tools like Matomo Quantum Metrics or similar tools is an add-on.

Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript React Angular or .

Hands-on experience with A/B testing heatmaps and user behavior tracking.

Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
