Lead Analyst, Supplier Data Management – AMER ( Spanish )
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Reviewing approved Supplier add request and create supplier record in accordance with
Oracles Global Purchasing/Finance policy. - Action on notifications for Supplier profile change request
- Analyze and resolve invoices on bank detail invalid and Installment holds
- Assist requesters in Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Assist supplier on Supplier portal issues
- Collaborate with the strategic team requesters and support processes for end to end
solutions - Identify propose and initiate implementation of process efficiencies/improvements.
- Provide first level functional support for system and process issues.
- Assist in training of new analyst and end users
- Act as a Buddy to new hires and end users
- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Additional Details - Proficiency in Spanish language is must.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including to MS Word Excel Power Point Presentation e-Mail etc.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to follow desktop procedures and work instructions closely.
- A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
- Ability to identify problems and apply creative solutions
- Ability to multi-task be highly organized and work independently
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Logical thought process with the ability to follow guidelines and documented procedures.
- Good analytical skills.
