About the Role

NGXP Technologies is looking for a Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Computer Vision to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for internal and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Agentic AI multi-agent systems and advanced Computer Vision solutions.
• Build AI applications using LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen LLMs VLMs YOLO SAM and multimodal models.
• Develop scalable solutions for object detection segmentation video intelligence visual reasoning and AI agents.
• Integrate AI systems with APIs databases enterprise applications and MCP.
• Optimize and deploy AI models across cloud and edge environments using Docker Kubernetes ONNX TensorRT etc.
• Implement MLOps monitoring evaluation model optimization and continuous improvement.
• Lead and collaborate React Angular Flutter and other engineering teams.
• Take AI initiatives from concept to production and build reusable AI solutions across projects.

Required Skills

• Expert Python with strong experience in PyTorch/OpenCV.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI LLMs RAG prompt engineering and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong Computer Vision experience with YOLO SAM ViT VLMs and multimodal AI.
• Experience with OpenAI Anthropic Llama Qwen Gemini LLaVA or similar models.
• Knowledge of MCP vector databases model optimization and AI deployment.
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes MLOps and production AI systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience taking AI projects from zero to production.
