KPI Engineer – Autonomous Driving (V&V Team, Road and Driver Model Department)

What should you bring along

• Solid foundation in designing and evaluating KPIs specifically for road and driver models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C with an excellent understanding of data structures and performance-critical algorithms.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure particularly on AWS (using microservices event-driven architectures and remote storage).
• Dashboarding skills especially with Athena data sources in Grafana and experience integrating with other data sources.
• Proficiency in tooling including:
  • Large-scale software development software quality tooling and CI (Bazel clang-tidy etc.) and DevOps.
  • Embedded automotive development: Autosar Classic and Adaptive.
  • CodeBeamer for requirement management.
  • Jira for project management and issue tracking.
  • Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for autonomous driving technology and the future of mobility.

Optional

• Experience in the automotive industry particularly in V&V for autonomous driving systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262.
• Certification or training in cloud architecture or agile methodologies.
