We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Kitchen Supervisor. Our client is a reputed organization in the Food & Beverage sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff.
  • Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Monitor food preparation and production schedules.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and guide kitchen assistants and helpers.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Required Skills

  • Kitchen Operations Management Daily supervision of production.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness and compliance.
  • Team Leadership Manage and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management Monitor stock and reduce wastage.
  • Quality Control Ensure consistent product quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bakery or sweets production.
  • Basic knowledge of costing and inventory records.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen supervision or a similar role. Experience in a bakery sweets production or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.

Education

  • Minimum: Typical Higher Secondary/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Preferred: Diploma in Catering or Hotel Management.
  • Additional Certifications: Food Safety certification (preferred).



Required Skills:

Customer Interaction: Handle customer issues professionally ensuring a customer-first approach. Empower the team to prioritize customer needs and recommend products effectively. Team Leadership: Excel in a customer-facing role leveraging strong product knowledge. Communicate clearly with the team setting goals and providing regular feedback to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Management: Collaborate with the store manager to develop the team effectively. Manage sales targets minimize waste and maintain adept stock management. Scheduling and Maintenance: Ensure efficient team scheduling and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address in-store maintenance and emergency issues promptly and efficiently. Standards Compliance: Uphold food safety standards and confidently manage DM & AD standards during inspections.
