Job Summary
Global Talent Square is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager International Recruitment to manage international client accounts ensure timely recruitment delivery strengthen client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment account management client handling and overseas hiring preferably across GCC/Middle East markets.
- Manage and maintain assigned international client accounts.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT closures and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and provide recruitment updates.
- Handle client escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion.
- Prepare recruitment reports MIS and client documentation.
- Manage hiring requirements across GCC/Middle East industries including Construction (Civil MEP Oil & Gas Infrastructure) Hospitality Drivers (Light Heavy Bus & Truck) Healthcare Blue & White Collar Hiring etc
- 6 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience handling multiple international client accounts.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in GCC/Middle East recruitment will be preferred.

Required Skills:
6 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing. Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Experience handling multiple international client accounts. Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
