Job Summary

Configured and supported Kafka ecosystem components including brokers ZooKeeper KRaft Schema Registry and Kafka Connect with a strong understanding of Kafka architecture and platform operations.

Monitored Kafka platform health performance and observability through Confluent Control Center.

Deployed Kafka components using Terraform modules and resources enabling standardized and scalable infrastructure provisioning.

Built and supported CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions for Kafka deployments improving deployment consistency and automation.

Troubleshooted Kafka components deployed in Kubernetes environments.

Understood and investigated Kubernetes pod errors to identify deployment and runtime issues.

Analyzed pod logs to diagnose failures and support issue resolution.

Built working knowledge of core Kubernetes components and their role in application deployment and operations.
