Job Description
Kafka / Integration SRE
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Kafka and Confluent Platform administration including brokers topics partitions replication consumer groups ACLs certificates and security controls.
- Experience operating and supporting production Kafka platforms within a regulated business-critical environment.
- Experience supporting Kafka scalability performance tuning capacity management resilience cluster upgrades cluster linking replication and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture schema management consumer onboarding integration patterns and operational monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms preferably GKE including service networking deployments and operational troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code preferably Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong experience with observability monitoring logging alerting dashboards incident management and problem management.
- Good understanding of resilience engineering disaster recovery capacity planning operational readiness and support models.
- Ability to work across engineering SRE supplier and neighbouring platform teams to improve integration reliability and ownership.
- Banking or core banking platform experience.
- Experience working with Thought Machine Vault.
- Experience with Apigee API management service mesh Istio Dynatrace or Open Telemetry.
- Experience supporting AlloyDB PostgreSQL or other cloud-native database technologies.
- Knowledge of SRE principles including SLIs SLOs error budgets and reliability engineering practices.
- Experience working with strategic technology suppliers and managed service providers.
- Understanding of security identity networking and service-to-service communication patterns within cloud environments.
