Job Purpose:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Treasury Manager to lead our treasury operations and optimize our financial resources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of treasury management principles risk management and financial markets. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the companys financial stability liquidity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Management:
Oversee the daily treasury operations including cash management short term / long term borrowings and foreign exchange.
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Monitor and manage cash positions to optimize liquidity and minimize costs
Implement effective cash forecasting and planning processes.
Manage bank relationships and negotiate optimal terms for banking services.
Arranging Bank Guarantees time to time and ensuring renewals on periodic basis in discussion with business team / AR Team.
Timely renewal of facilities with different banks and managing documentation.
2. Risk Management:
Identify assess and mitigate treasury-related risks including market credit liquidity and operational risks.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.
Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess their impact on the companys financial position.
3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to treasury activities.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management on treasury performance.
Qualification and Work Experience:
Advanced degree (MBA or CFA CA Inter) preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury management
Proven track record of leading and managing treasury teams.
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and accounting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
Should have sound knowledge of SAP and financial accounting from treasury perspective.
