Job Summary
Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities for manufacturing and production roles. Source potential candidates through online channels databases and professional networks. Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with background checks and reference checks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook). Must be eligible to work in India.
Qualifications
Prior internship or volunteer experience in a recruitment or HR setting is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is advantageous. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in HR and recruitment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
