Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Jr. Project Control Engineer PTB will support planning scheduling progress monitoring cost tracking and reporting activities associated with the design and construction of Passenger Terminal Buildings and related airport facilities. The role will assist the Project Controls Manager in maintaining project schedules monitoring performance metrics coordinating progress updates from multidisciplinary stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing updating and maintaining project schedules for the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) works using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress against approved baselines and support variance analysis.
  • Collect and consolidate progress data from Architecture Structural MEP ICT ELV Fire & Life Safety BHS Security and Vertical Transportation teams.
  • Track key milestones critical activities and interface deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and KPI summaries.
  • Support cost tracking budget monitoring and forecast reporting.
  • Review contractor and consultant progress submissions and validate reported progress.
  • Maintain project controls records including risk registers change logs and action trackers.
  • Support schedule impact assessments for design changes variations delays and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with consultants contractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely progress updates.
  • Assist in monitoring construction productivity and resource deployment.
  • Support management presentations and project performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures reporting requirements and document management standards.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management Project Management or related discipline.
  • Certification or training in Primavera P6 MS Project or Project Management methodologies will be an advantage.
  • 10 years of experience in Project Controls Planning Scheduling and Cost Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airport terminals commercial buildings transportation infrastructure or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project controls functions
