Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems mobile devices and other technologies.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and software applications.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
