Role Overview
The position provides customer with flow control solutions to their requirements in the form of customized engineering products which serves customer needs meets technical and economic goals and are profitable to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities
Review complete customer enquiry of technical and commercial specifications.

Responsible for accurate sizing design selection and error free proposal preparation.

Determine competitor sizing and product information for strategy development.

Confers with manufacturing team to assure processes techniques and time schedule will meet customer needs.

Preparation of the project costing in detail.

Handling technical and commercial queries from customer.

Coordinates with customers Outside Sales Sales Representatives to convince customer of the value addition on purchasing the solutions offered.

Upon receipt of order transfer of complete project details (CORB) post order to PM and assist in post order technical issues.

Update Sales tools (Salesforce) on regular basis.

Required Skillsets
B.E Mechanical (Minimum Requirement)

Computer literacy (MS Word Excel Power point and other Windows applications)

General working knowledge of power stations desirable.

Fluency in English (both verbal & writing)

Good email and telephone etiquette

Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.

Ability to adopt and leverage AI tools and technologies to improve the quality speed and productivity of proposal preparation and related sales processes.
